When operating our Standard Shipping schedule, orders containing only Inventory Toys will ship in three or fewer business days (excludes weekends and holidays USPS is closed).

Our Inventory Toy order shipping schedule is subject to change. Please note our current Shipping Status as indicated above.

When operating our Standard Production Schedule, MTO toys ship within two weeks of order. This is subject to change, please note our current MTO production schedule as indicated above.

Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with a nondescript sender name that bears no obvious connection to Happy Hole Toys.  We intentionally keep our sender name off the website so it can't be easily searched or associated with HHT.

Once your order ships, we'll let you know by email exactly what sender name to look for.

What's in your box is just between us squirrel-friends! 😉

We will automatically combine orders that have the same customer name, shipping address, AND email address, as long as your first order has not already been packed.

We tend to pack orders pretty quickly, often within a few hours or less, so if you've placed one order and plan to order something else later that day, email us and we'll wait to pack your second order is received!

You will be refunded any savings in shipping costs.

We know waiting is the least fun part of ordering a new toy! We work to get orders packed and on their way as quickly as possible, with in-stock orders typically heading out within just a few business days, as noted by our fulfillment status above. Orders placed in the morning may ship as fast as same-day!

Made-to-Order toys take a little extra time while we make them just for you, but once they're ready, we don't leave them sitting around either!

We appreciate every order that comes through our shop, and take pride in getting your toys safely packed and headed your way as soon as we can.
