Shipping policy
Order Fulfillment:
Orders containing only Inventory Items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-Order (MTO) items will ship within the fulfillment timeframe indicated on their product pages, usually around 14 days.
As a small owner-operated business, these schedules may occasionally shift. For the most up-to-date information, please visit our Fulfillment Status page for current Inventory Item Shipping Status and MTO Production Status.
Should we experience a delay and are unable to ship your order within the lead time quoted at your time of purchase, we will notify you by email and provide an estimated ship date. Should that exceed 10 business days past your order date, you will have the option to cancel with no penalty.
Shipping updates will be sent to the email provided on your order.
Please note: Shopify automatically marks an order as "shipped" the moment its shipping label is printed. Orders It may take another 48 hours for your package to be handed off to the shipper and for them to provide a delivery estimate.
Shipping:
Once an order ships, Happy Hole Toys only has access to the same tracking information as you. Happy Hole Toys is not responsible for issues during shipment, including but not limited to:
- Loss/damage in transit - Customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
- Gaps in tracking/extended stays at a sorting facility - Customer is responsible for inquiring with shipper.
- Theft - Customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier and the appropriate local authorities (sometimes time-sensitive!).
While packages en route are entirely in the shipper's control and we are unable to directly resolve issues related to the shipper's service (damage, loss, or delays), please let us know if you have a shipping issue after first inquiring with the shipper. We would like to know if a shipping service we offer is providing our customers a subpar experience.
Discreet Shipping & Billing:
Your order will be packaged in a plain brown box with a standard shipping label. The shipper will show as "HHT SHIPPING" with our store's return address. Standalone orders of lil peckers or stickers may ship in a plain bubble mailer or envelope but will have the same shipper information noted above.
We will show on your credit card statement as "SP HH TOYS LLC". Due to Shopify restrictions implemented in 2025, we are no longer able to use a more discreet merchant name and have added PayPal for a more private payment method.
Combining Orders:
We'll automatically combine orders that have the same customer name, shipping address, AND email address, as long as your first order has not already been packed.
We tend to pack orders pretty quickly, often within a few hours or less, so if you've placed one order and plan to order something else later that day, email us at happyhelpers@happyholetoys.com and we'll wait to pack your second order is received!
You will be refunded any savings in shipping costs.
If the order info doesn't quite all match and you'd like to request order combination, please email us happyhelpers@happyholetoys.com ASAP!
Undeliverable Orders:
You are responsible for ensuring your contact and address provided at checkout is accurate. If a package is undeliverable or returned to us, we will contact you at the email provided on the order to get an updated address and invoice you for the additional cost to re-ship your order.
Order Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please refer to our return policy and contact us at happyhelpers@happyholetoys.com soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled orders for a 10% restocking fee. We are unable to cancel your order after it ships.
International Orders:
We currently ship within the US and to Canada. We will continue to add countries. Drop us a note requesting yours!
Please note:
- International customers assume full responsibility to pay applicable taxes, fees, duties, VAT, or any other import/customs charges.
- Once an order ships, Happy Hole Toys only has access to the same tracking information as you do. Happy Hole Toys is not responsible for issues during shipment, including but not limited to:
- Delays due to customs.
- Gaps in tracking information (generally once the shipment leaves the US).
- Loss in transit - Customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
- Damage in transit - Customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
- Theft - Customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
- Customs forms:
- Product will be described as “Silicone Sculpture.”
- Customs forms will accurately represent the value of the shipped goods. We will not misrepresent prices listed on customs forms or falsely state a shipment contains “gifts.”
- You are responsible for ensuring your name and shipping address are entered accurately at checkout.
